Eyes on the Screen: Intellectual Property Issues Have Prevented the Documentary "Eyes on the Prize" from Receiving Widespread Distribution Beyond it's Inital PBS Run. "Happy Birthday" is copyrighted but is based on the song "Good Morning to You" which is no longer covered by copyright. We should demand that Congress get back to the intent of Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution and begin to "Promote the Progress of Science and the Useful Arts."
